As we expand into new markets, we use these "Sample Houses" for training purposes and to add more homes to our schedule

What is a "Sample House"?

• This is a 100% Free Cleaning.
• Flexible schedule required; our arrival window is between 8 am - 3 pm.
• Your home may be used for training with new cleaners, and we may need to reschedule occasionally.
• This is a one-time cleaning opportunity, but we also offer a discounted program for ongoing “Flex Houses".

What we ask from you:

• Tip your Cleaning Pros (credit card link on leave behind - Cleaning Pro's get 100% of tips)
• Immediately after the cleaning you will leave an internal review with link we provide
• Leave a public Google Review with a link we provide

What is a "Flex House" for Ongoing service?

Flex Houses are not available in all markets and this is only be be put on the list.  A Flex house receives 50% discount off regular recurring service. (weekly or bi-weekly only).  This is NOT always available however if you are interested in being a Flex House please indicate below and our team will contact you if we have availablity in your market.

About the Cleaning: We provide all the cleaning supplies and products. We do ask that you provide a vacuum cleaner (we have backups in case yours is broken) and a toilet brush at each toilet. For sanitary reasons, we don't carry toilet brushes around the house. No toilet brush? No worries—we'll just skip that part.
