Steam Mop Agreement

1. **Use of Customer's Steam Mop:** Customer has requested Dust and Mop's employee to use their personal steam mop for cleaning their floors during Dust and Mop's service visit.

2. **Waiver of Liability:** Customer acknowledges and agrees that Dust and Mop shall not be held responsible for any damage that may occur to Customer's floors as a result of using the steam mop provided by Customer. Customer understands that Dust and Mop's employees are not trained in the proper use of steam mops, and the likelihood of damage occurring may be high.

3. **Non-Replacement Policy:** Dust and Mop shall not be liable for any damages or costs incurred due to the breakage or malfunction of Customer's steam mop during its use by Dust and Mop's employee. Customer agrees that Dust and Mop will not replace or repair the steam mop in the event of damage or breakage.

4. **Company Policy:** Dust and Mop hereby declares that, as a company policy, its employees are not trained in the proper use of steam mops and, therefore, are prohibited from using them while performing cleaning services. However, Dust and Mop will make an exception for Customer's request as a gesture of goodwill.

5. **Indemnification:** Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dust and Mop, its employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of Customer's steam mop.

6. **Entire Agreement:** This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Dust and Mop and Customer regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether written or oral.
